Before you send a report

Blood Check accepts JPG/PNG images or pasted laboratory values and your chosen language. You must be 18 or older and submit your own report. No account, name or email is required for analysis.

The report content is sent only when you submit after explicitly agreeing to AI processing and confirming adult eligibility. Remove names, dates of birth, addresses and ID numbers from both images and pasted text first. There is no automatic guarantee that identifiers will be removed: anything you leave in the submitted content is also sent to the AI provider.

You may choose not to submit or withdraw consent before submitting. A request that has already been processed cannot be undone. AI explanations are educational and may be wrong; they do not replace a qualified clinician.

Processing and provider retention

Your submitted report content is processed through Cloudflare and OpenAI to generate the explanation shown in your browser. The active HealthKind analysis code does not write uploaded reports or explanations to a HealthKind database, sales sheet or email. Team review and its email notification service are not active.

This is not a promise of zero provider retention. Cloudflare processes requests and network information for hosting and security. OpenAI may retain API content in abuse-monitoring logs, generally for up to 30 days unless an exception applies. This account has not been verified for zero data retention. Processing may take place outside your country.

Network information and request limits

To limit repeated analysis requests, the analysis service uses your network IP address and request timestamps in temporary memory. Requests are counted over a rolling one-hour window. Counter information may remain in memory beyond that window; it is not a guaranteed one-hour deletion period.

These request counters do not contain your uploaded report or AI explanation. Cloudflare also processes network information to operate and protect the service.

What remains in your browser

Selected files, pasted values and the AI explanation may remain visible while the page is open. The Blood Check frontend does not write reports or explanations to local storage or session storage. Close the page when you finish, especially on a shared device. Closing it does not undo processing or delete content retained by a provider.

The introduction video uses session storage to remember the video language in the current tab. This preference contains a language choice, not your medical report. The current site does not add advertising trackers or site analytics.

Product enquiries and related services

The product library lets you research products and ask for documentation. Choosing a product-enquiry link opens WhatsApp with a prefilled product question. Pressing Send shares your question and WhatsApp contact information with TSARA. Review the message yourself and do not include medical data. WhatsApp has its own privacy policy.

We use your enquiry to answer your request, confirm a quote and arrange an order if accepted. No automatic marketing subscription or payment is created. Correspondence and transaction records may be retained for fulfilment and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Related-service links use fixed campaign labels identifying HealthKind as the source. They do not include your report, AI explanation, product selection or personal information, and do not add a HealthKind cross-site user identifier. Each destination has its own privacy terms.

Your choices and privacy questions

HealthKind is operated by TSARA. For access, deletion or other privacy questions, contact sahin@tsara.care. Do not send medical documents by email.

Provider retention and applicable legal obligations may affect what can be deleted. Contact us about your request rather than assuming that closing the page or deleting a local file removes a request already processed by a provider.
